Greg Haines

Greg Haines is an English musician currently living in Berlin.

As well as releasing solo material, he has also worked or performed with Danny Saul, Sam Amidon, Ben Frost, Wouter Van Veldhoven, Machinefabriek, Jasper TX and many more.

In the wake of his debut album „Slumber Tides“ for the Norwegian Miasmah label, Greg toured Europe extensively (which he still does to this day) while befriending many other musicians along the way. Many of these friendships resulted in collaborations, including work with Machinefabriek and The Dakota Suite, as well as live performances with Sam Amidon, Jasper TX and Ben Frost. In 2008, Greg joined forces with the Dutch musician Wouter Van Veldhoven – the product of which being the vinyl-only release, “Three Days of Fever“ on the EatThis label.

As well working with choreographers including Douglas Bateman and Ina Christel Johannessen, and having music used by various institutions such as the BBC, Greg has also been quietly working on a second solo album for the last two years. Titled “Until the Point of Hushed Support“, it will be released in 2009.
