Splitter Music Festival presents over eighty globally networked artists in four large scale programs of musical mining.

The Poetry of Noise begins with Sven-Åke Johansson's one-of-a-kind symphony for 22 cardboard boxes, Harding Greens. This is the second presentation of one of Johansson's masterpieces, interpreted by an international ensemble of Berlin based string and percussion artists conducted by Titus Engel. A brand new program of Les Femmes Savantes, featuring the inimitable singer and guitarist Margareth Kammerer, presents The Illusion Of Things Hanging Together. This all female collective will collaboratively explore the written poetry of Anne Carson through sound, stretching, pulverizing and converting it into a purely sonic exploration.
